Custom Product Development
In applications where standard products are insufficient, the Hendex R&D Center conducts customized product development projects with its customers. Raw material selection, process parameters, and performance criteria are evaluated together in line with application requirements to develop customized activated carbon solutions.
Whether it's development work carried out by Hendex or R&D projects undertaken jointly with our customers, the entire process is prepared for mass production by being supported by laboratory validation, pilot production, and performance evaluations.
Research Focus

Hendex R&D Center evaluates product design according to the technical expectations of the application area; process decisions are shaped by measurement, prototyping, and validation data.

Development Process
Every product development project begins with a technical assessment of the application requirements. Formulations developed at the laboratory scale are validated through analysis, retested under pilot production conditions, and products whose performance is confirmed are transferred to mass production.
